- Conducted a geometric consistency study of 20+ Axcent blade profiles applied to axial turbine configurations, extracting parameters (camber, max thickness, LE/TE radii, unguided turning angle) across CW/CCW orientations and SI/British unit systems — findings directly identified bugs in Axcent's blade geometry implementation.

- Automated multi-stage turbine parameter analysis in Python — reading inputs directly from Excel, reproducing Aungier-based calculations, and updating outputs on input changes — replacing manual Goal Seek iteration and enabling rapid aerodynamic design exploration.
- Designed and iteratively prototyped a custom five-arm pitot rake in PETG via 3D printing for the ERAU turbine cascade rig, progressing from a two-arm fit-check prototype to a final external-mount structure supporting five simultaneous pitot tube measurements, eliminating the need for repeated single-probe test runs.
